All of our signs come with a 100% guarantee. The products we supply will be produced exactly as specified. If an order contains a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, contact us within 2 days of receipt. If damage occurs in transit, the shipper will be held liable. It is important to save all shipping packaging in order for us to file a claim.
How Soon Will I Receive My Order ?
Our different products all have different turnaround times. Most banner and decal orders placed by noon CST will be shipped the next day. Lead times are estimated. Login to your account to check on order status. Please contact us for turnaround times on rush orders, large jobs and custom signs.

Do You Offer Discounts ?
Yes, we offer generic discounts on anonymous orders and even deeper discounts to volume customers. Generic quantity discounts will be calculated based on the number of products ordered at the time of checkout, and our volume pre-existing customer discounts will be personalized based on the recurring volume orders of signs and banners purchased on a quarterly basis.
